What is the Fellowship Of Heavens?
The Fellowship of Heavens is a spiritual endeavor initiated by the Alves Foundation, paying homage to our ancestral wisdom and connection to the natural world. Rooted in the profound teachings passed down through generations, this sacred knowledge transcends doctrine, allowing each community to adapt and integrate it into their cultural fabric. United in purpose, the Fellowship of Heavens comprises individuals seeking spiritual evolution through the guidance of the sacred plant Ayahuasca. Drawing upon the transformative teachings of Santo Daime and its shamanic rhythms, we come together as a community of kindred spirits, dedicated to personal growth and collective harmony.
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give
Matthew 10:8
Hosting free Santo Daime ceremonies at Fellowship Of Heavens lies in the unique blend of personal spiritual growth and community impact.
Accessibility
By offering free ceremonies, Fellowship Heaven opens the door to individuals who might not otherwise have the financial means to participate in such transformative experiences. This inclusivity fosters a diverse community where everyone has the opportunity to explore their spiritual journey.
Community Support
The partnership with the Alves Foundation ensures that while individuals are embarking on their personal paths to enlightenment and healing, they're also contributing to the greater good. The funds raised through donations go directly to social programs, meaning participants' spiritual growth directly benefits wider community initiatives.
Collective Healing
In a world that's increasingly divided, creating spaces where people can come together for shared spiritual experiences is invaluable. These ceremonies not only offer individual healing but also strengthen communal bonds, promoting understanding, empathy, and support among participants.
Sustainability
The model of free ceremonies supported by voluntary donations to fund social programs presents a sustainable way of operating. It ensures that the spiritual and community work can continue without financial barriers, growing and evolving according to the needs of the community it serves.
Empowerment through Giving
Participants not only receive but also give back, creating a cycle of generosity and kindness. This empowers individuals, showing that regardless of one's financial situation, everyone has something valuable to contribute to the collective well-being
Promotion of Social Programs
The visibility and success of these ceremonies also serve to highlight and promote the social programs supported by the Alves Foundation. This can attract further support, volunteers, and interest, amplifying the impact of their work.
Our Temporary Florida Sanctuary
We are deeply grateful to our friends Michael and Leighanna for generously allowing us to use their land as our current sanctuary, providing a sacred space for our gatherings at no cost until we secure our own permanent location. Because of their altruistic act our costs for the ceremonies were drastically cut.
Costs Of Serving You
Although we have costs to import and brew the sacrament, they are remarkably low, amounting to only $5 per person. By offering donations based ongoing work, we aim to enable more individuals to keep improving themselves, fostering a deeper connection with the universe and the community.

Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian brew used for centuries by indigenous tribes for spiritual and healing purposes. It is made from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and the Psychotria viridis leaf, which work together to produce profound psychoactive effects.
Yes, our ceremonies are free. Although donations are greatly appreciated welcomed to support the Alves Foundation’s social programs, they are not required.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, awarded a Silver Transparency badge from Candid last year, we adhere to strict guidelines for financial transparency and accountability. Donations to Alves Foundation are exclusively received electronically; we do not accept cash donations. Upon receipt of a donation, the donor automatically receives a receipt electronically. This receipt serves as documentation for tax purposes, facilitating easy filing for tax deductions with the IRS. Our commitment to transparency extends to providing clear and immediate acknowledgment of all contributions to our cause. Through our online portal, donors have access to a transparent overview of all donations and associated costs of all Foundation’s programs, ensuring full visibility into our financial operations.
Our commitment to hosting free ceremonies is deeply rooted in spiritual principles, inspired by both the teachings of the Bible and our Godfather Irineu, a pivotal figure in the spread of Santo Daime and the Ayahuasca tradition in Brazil. Guided by the words of Matthew 10:8, “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give,” we embrace the directive to share the healing and transformative power of our ceremonies without cost. This philosophy underscores our belief that the profound benefits of these spiritual experiences should be accessible to all, reflecting a cycle of generosity and healing.
While we aim to avoid it, we are prepared to cover necessary expenses to ensure the smooth operation of our project. We believe in transparency regarding the costs involved in running these spiritual ceremonies. Typically, our guests are moved by the experience and choose to contribute enough to cover the expenses, helping us maintain the continuity and quality of the project without financial obstacles.
